The Professional Sommelier program will allow you to discover the fine world of wine, from grape caring and growing to wine making. You will develop skills and acquire the necessary tools to make the right tasting.

A good sensory training will allow you to recognize aromas and textures to develop wine tasting and to learn to appreciate delicatessen products such as olive oil, chocolate, and cigars, among others.

You will not only learn to innovate in pairing and understand how to combine wines with corresponding dishes for a perfect fusion, but also acquire a global perspective of successful work in the hospitality industry.

The professional sommelier program is designed to integrate culinary and enology training with cultural studies, which will allow you to work in fine restaurants, caves, luxury cruise ships, famous wine shops, as well as to represent distinguished cellar wines.
