The goal of this program is to boast the students’ creativity so that they unfold an ability to innovate in delicious pastries of visual delight. The program will allow them to develop an artistic vision that values harmony of forms, color contrasts, and texture mix in combination with flavors.
As a professional patissier, the students will be able to develop their own gastronomic business as well as work in pastry shops, tea rooms, or restaurants.
