Regional Argentinian Culinary Master

This is the first Specialization in Argentinian Regional Cuisine program to be offered in our country.
Instructors include interdisciplinary team members, and highly qualified visiting representatives of typical local cuisine.
It offers specialization and further training in genuine and leading-edge culinary methods and techniques, as a response to current demands.
It also proposes a tour through recipe development, and social, economic, ethnic, and historical traditions in the field of cultural and culinary heritage.
Participants will be encouraged to acquire a competent and entire vision by the program complementary seminars: Regional Production, Culinary Tours, Visits to Typical Local Cooking Enterprises, Argentinian Viticulture, Food Cultural Heritage, etc.

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., for 2 months
