Intensive Specialization in Regional Argentine Cuisine
This seminar has been designed for those who wish to get involved in the magnificent culinary world and thus, discover Argentine cultural Heritage.
Instruction through demonstration and hands-on cooking classes will allow the participants to understand cooking techniques for different meat cuts and their uses in traditional dishes.
Moreover, the program will help develop the necessary skills and sensibility for the best selection of wines, from their natural state through their elaboration and presentation processes.
