Agentinian Aromas and Flavours

Argentina like other countries, is distiguished by a varied and typical gastronomy. Each region in the country offers own dishes which combine culture, tradition, beliefs and values and focus on the main aim: to offer the land`s history through aromas, colours and incomparable flavours.

In class we will analize foods, meals and recipes which were, have been and will be history in all regions of the country such as Cuyo, Northeast, Central, Pampa, Mesopotamia, Northwest and Patagonia. Also, exchange between natives and immigrants,origins, old culinary techniques and others will be considered as well, so as to have the authentic Argentinian identity revalued

Scheduled Dates:
20th June from 6 pm to 9 pm.
07th July from 7 pm to 10 pm.
11th August from 7pm to 10 pm.
15th September from 7 pm to 10pm.
13th October from 7 pm to 10 pm.
10th November from 7pm to 10pm.
